  11. I am using a USR 28.8 Sportster to connect to my ISP, but after
  12. connecting and happily surfing the net for a random number of
  13. minutes/hours, I suddenly get no activity on the connection. No more
  14. web sites, no more USENET, nothing. The connection stays up however.
  15. Things I've tried are: S56=128 (to disable the V.FC), but that did not
  16. do anything. Tried setting the hardware acceleration OFF  in WIN95,
  17. but naaaah.

  19. Anyone heard/know how to get rid of this (so called) Spiral Death
  20. Syndrome?

  22. Is there an earlier ROM version for the Sportster?
  23.  
  24. Anyone else having this problem and found a cure?
